This typical Menorcan house with an outdoor pool is located in Cala Morell, an ideal residential area to relax as it is a very quiet area. Ciutadella is 7 km away and the nearest beach is 400 meters away.

The accommodation includes 2 different houses, in total 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, every house with own kitchen and dining room and the big one with a covered terrace with barbecue.
It has a large garden with a large swimming pool, outdoor bathroom, awning in the bathroom area.

Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. Additional cots and highchairs available for a charge of 5€/night per set.

The villa is distributed in two house with independent entrace for each one:
The big one has a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, and the terrace with barbacue.
* Master bedroom with double bed.
* Bedroom with 2 single beds.
* Bedroom with bunk bed.
The small house has also kitchen, and living room, a double room and a bathroom.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
