The ultra-modern open plan living area is located on the upper floor which is accessed from the street level having patio doors across the width of the villa to maximise the stunning views.

Son Bou is the longest white sand beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5 Km). Therefore, it is not surprising that along it has been developed one of the best tourist areas of the island. You will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving center, water sports, horse riding and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Just 7 kilometers from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahón, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and fun evenings on one of its terraces.
