Beautiful villa to feel at home and welcomed ❤. Located in exclusive Binibeca Vell its in a quiet area and just 5min walking to a nice sandy beach. Enjoy its private pool, the grass garden is perfect for kids to play or for sunbathing.
Covered terrace for alfresco dinning and BBQ. 3 bedrooms all with AC. 1 suite bathroom and other shared.

Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. The next couple or separately has an extra cost of 5€ per day.

The space

Please note that there are building works on the adjoining plot. Working hours during the months of July and August are from 10:00 to 13:00. A 5% discount on the usual price has been applied.
The rest of the months the timetable for the works will be as follows 8am a 1pm y de 3pm a 6pm

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Binibeca is a perfect area in every way. While it is a tourist area also reports calm and tranquility. Perfect for tourism with family or friends, you will find all the facilities to enjoy a wonderful vacation.
It has restaurants, bars, supermarket, dive center, paddle surf kayak rental and bicycles, and only two kilometers from the Splash Sur Menorca water park.
You can visit the charming fishing village to take some beautiful photos.
As a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet wineries located in the town of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometers from Binibeca. As a curiosity, do not forget to taste their wine jelly beans.
Just 9 kilometers from the airport and 10 from Mahón, the main city of the island where you can stroll through its magnificent harbor, eat in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy entertaining evenings in one of its terraces.
