This Villa is a large and comfortable five bedroom villa with an easy distribution – a very popular villa for families and groups and very friendly for partially disabled or older guests. The villa is built on two floors, with the main living area and two double bedrooms on the ground floor and three double bedrooms on the upper floor. All bedrooms and the living room have AC. Two suite bathrooms, two shared. Great pool and garden.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Son Bou is the longest white sand beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5 Km). Therefore, it is not surprising that along it has been developed one of the best tourist areas of the island. You will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving center, water sports, horse riding and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Just 7 kilometers from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahón, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and fun evenings on one of its terraces.
