Being distributed on the ground floor, the villas are wide, comfortable and practical, making them ideal for all the family, but especially kids. The Villa is equipped with air-conditioning, widescreen satellite TV, a safe, free of charge, and wifi.

The space
Due to its quiet location, you can also park easily on the street or in the surroundings. The Villa has three double bedrooms, with two individual beds, one of them with an en-suite shower, and the other two sharing a fully equipped bathroom.The homes have a wide dining-room and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic flat surfaces, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer, as well as other little appliances, such as a toaster, a juicer, a coffee machine, etc... The washing-machine is installed in a little outdoor space with an area for hanging clothes.
From the living room there’s access to the terrace, partially covered with a pérgola, as well as a built-in barbecue to enjoy nice meails and summer dinner in the company of the whole family.
The pool area is wide and is an outdoor to sunbathe and to admire the beautiful sunsets. The exterior area is also equippe with table, chairs, hammocks and parasols.
The distance to the Beautiful beach of Son Bou and the commercial area is about 2 kms, although it is posible to walk that distance if the temperature is good enough. Inspite of this, we recommend you to have your own vehicle or rental. Please note that the area of Torre Solí is residential and you will have to drive into the centre of the resort to make any type of purchase.
