The space

Located close to the beach and all of Binibeca's amenities, BINI ALANA is a villa filled with rustic charm. Designed in the style of the traditional houses found in the area, it boasts of beautiful views which may be fully appreciated from the sun terrace. Pleasantly laid out, cheerfully and stylishly decorated, and boasting of a large, well-equipped terrain, it is ideal for families with children.

BINI ALANA features 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin) with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite with a bath, and one with a shower), and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, with access to the terrace. The large covered terrace, equipped with comfortable furniture and a brick barbeque, is the ideal place to enjoy family meals and for relaxing during the long, lazy summer days, with beautiful views to the sea. Climbing up a few steps, you will have access to the fenced-in pool and sun terrace, surrounded by 1,000 m2 of terrain, which are very private and completely closed off -the ideal place to run and play. The facilities available include a lovely children's play area (complete with slide and swings) as well as a second covered terrace with a ping-pong table, what makes this villa ideal for families with young children. The beautiful, panoramic sea-views, which may be enjoyed from the roof terrace only add to the beauty of the villa.The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. This may be increased to 7 by adding a cot or extra bed (an extra charge will apply).

Binibeca's beautiful beach, and the emblematic Poblado de Pescadores, are both a few minutes' walk away. Five minutes away from the villa, there are 2 supermarkets, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. The wonderful environment offer pleasant walks by the sea, and platforms to swim in its turquoise waters.

Terrace and garden equipment: Brick barbeque. Dining table for 6 people, 6 chairs, bench with cushions. Sofa, 2 armchairs and side table. Hammock, 6 reclining loungers, 1 parasol. Ping-pong table, play area with slide and swings.

Children's equipment available (on request): Cot, high chair

Accessibility: One-storey building, which may be accessed without passing through any barriers. Access to the swimming pool is through some steps, and to the sun terrace is through a stair case. Easy access to the beach and amenities in the area.

Car: Not required.

Amenities available in the area: Beach with sun loungers and parasols, beach bar, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, cash machines, children's playground, public transport to Sant Lluís and Mahón, tourist train (Binibeca/Punta Prima route), car/bike rental, diving club, adventure tourism activities, boat excursions.
