If you wish to relax next to the sea and enjoy spectacular views, this Villa is the ideal place, having one of the best panoramic views from the beauiful and sandy beach of Son Bou. Located at the top of San Jaime hill, these villas have a privileged location, allowing the guest to live unforgettable moments while providing privacy at the same time.

Probably the best area in the Villa is the terrace, with its panoramic views and its swimming-pool, from which you will be able to admire beautiful and romantic sunsets.The house has been completely refurbished in 2011 and, in spite of being located at the top of the hill, its access is through a set of stairs.

The villa is distributed in 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable lounge area with large window that access the terrace. Next to this, the independent dining area with an open style kitchen, fully equipped. You will also find 3 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, plus another independed bathroom. On the first floor, you will find the magnificent master bedroom, with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom. The views from here are breathtaking.

Due to its location at the top of the Hill, the distance to the beach of Son Bou and the shopping centre is about 1 Km. Although there’s an access stairs to the centre, we recommend you to have a car as the slope is quite pronounced and the temperatures use to be quite hot, the walk is not accesible specially if there’re small children.
