This semi-detached villa, with private pool, is ideal for families who are looking to enjoy the benefits of a private villa. The villa has a classic menorquin style, but has fully equipped to offer a stressless holiday. Including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning only in first floor and free wifi.

The villa has a main large living area that includes a lounge on a lower level, and dining and open kitchen on a higher level. The lounge benefits of very large windows that access the main covered terrace. The open plan kitchen with dining area are fully equipped and very handy for breakfast meals. From the kitchen, on the back of the terrace, you can access on of the best features of this villa, a large covered barbecue area with built in barbecue, sink, and al fresco dining area.
Also on this level, the villa has 2 smaller bedrooms, on with bunk beds, with a bathroom.
