The space

Their Mediterranean architecture, surrounded by extensive gardens and communal swimming pool, also the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are divided into three different areas, zone 3, very close to the beach, next to El Jardin restaurant and pool area, zone 4, situated next to the Club San Jaime Restaurant and its water slide, about 900mts away from the Son Bou Beach, and zone 5, which is slightly further away, next to La Góndola Bar-Restaurant’s swimming pool. All our guests are welcome to use the pools, but can be asked to make a small purchase to use terrace and sun lounger facilities.

The apartments have been totally refurbished, with ground or first floor options, and benefit of a comfortable design, with colorful decoration. They have 2 double bedrooms, with single beds and ceiling fans, 1 full bathroom with washing machine, a living area with open style kitchen and 2 terraces. The larger front one and a smaller back one. The kitchen is totally equipped with 2 electric hobs, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. It also includes all kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

All apartments have air conditioning units (cold/heat), a flat TV-Sat (limited channels), free WIFI and safety deposit box. There are also several services in the surroundings, such as children parks, bus stops, souvenir shops, medical center, scuba diving, supermarkets and bakery. Further on, closer to the Son Bou Beach, another commercial area with a selection of shops, bars, restaurants and a pharmacy.
