Apartment with Free AC and WiFi, shared Pool

The Maritim Son Bou Apartments are located in the central area of San Jaime, very close to the beautiful beach of Son Bou, this little set of only 4 apartments is ideal to enjoy your holiday with family or friends. Although the apartments are attached to each other and the pool area has to be shared with your neighbours, they still keep a certain privacy in between and they all have an independent entrance.

The space

Renovated and redecorated this year, the Maritim Son Bou apartments have air-conditioning, widescreen satellite TV, and a safe, free of charge. Smaller than a village but a bit bigger than an standard apartment, the Maritim Son Bou Apartments are distributed on the ground floor, they’re confortable and practical, making them ideal for all the family, but specially kids.

Each apartments has three double bedrooms, all with two single beds, one of them with an en-suite shower, and the other two sharing another bathroom also with shower. The homes have a wide dining-room and an open kitchen with ceramic-flat surfaces, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, as well as other Little appliances, such as a toaster, a juicer, a coffe machine, etc. From the lounge there is access to the half covered private terrace, containing table and chairs, as well as a portable barbecue to enjoy summer diners, you will also enjoy of a partial sea view.

The Access to the pool area is through the back side of the house although some of the apartments have a direct access from its own terrace, the pool area is enabled with hammocks and parasols. About 100 meters away from the apartments, you will find a small shopping centre, with several souvenirs, local and international press, a bakery, a supermarket, a medical centre, the Son Bou Scuba diving center and the bar-restaurant Club San Jaime, where you can enjoy live music and a good summery atmosphere. In a straight line and heading to the beach, we found a second slightly larger shopping center, where you can enjoy bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, etc. The distance to the beach of Son Bou is about 850 and you can perfectly walk along the promenade with a pleasant walk.
